Weekly Photo Challenge - Architecture

Architecture.  I'm sure most people will tell you that it really should be a building.  Eh, you know me, I live to buck the system.  I drive by this most fabulous house quite regularly and have watched it being built.  Inside isn't completely finished, but I talked the builder into letting me sneak in and take a peak.  While there are some incredibly beautiful spaces, I found the starkness in this picture appealing.  Plus, you know my affinity for staircases.

Year 2 - Day 31

Maybe it will be architecture week.  I specifically made this darker because with the clouds it a more ominous feel.

Fun with Adobe Illustrator

So in case you were wondering what I've been up to, I've been knee deep in Adobe Illustrator.  I've done tons of interesting stuff.  I've created my own branding iron, I've created a font.  I've done a restaurant logo that was originally drawn on a paper napkin.  I've done some digital vector art from photography.  In fact this is my final project.  Above is the photo.  The side of a very contemporary Audubon Center.  I took the side of the building, posterized it in Photoshop, transfered it to Illustrator and made it something completely different.  I had a ton of fun with this particular shot, and feedback is always welcome.

Day 257: Looking Up

What a clear reflection and how I managed to get two light flares surprises even me.  Lucky shot I guess.

Day 256: Cowboys' Stadium

Went lots of places today.  I think my husband's favorite was Cowboys' Stadium.  He especially wanted to see the big doors by the end-zones.  Yes, those big things slide open.  How cool is that?

I liked it better in B&W, but my husband preferred color.  What do you think?

Side view:  I loved the way it reflected everything.

Day 111: More Stairs

You know how much I love stairs.  This set led up to a beautiful house costing more than the last set of stairs.  An absolutely fabulous house with an incredible view.

Day 98: Looking up...

Its amazing the strange things that catch your eye.  I was asked to write the romance text for this newly constructed house.  I was walking to the front door and looked up and I know the Real Estate Agent must have thought I'd gone insane, because I laid on the floor to take this picture.  If you've got a spare $4 million or so hanging around it can be yours.
