WTH? This is the weirdest plant that I have seen in a while, maybe since 2006 when I visited a Japanese garden in South Florida.
This plant does make me feel panicky. LOL! Great photo!
Fuschia's, they are a northwest specialty. They do come in tamer colors.
I think they are beautiful! Makes for a dramatic shot!
