Day 260: Bumble Bee



They boys and I went to the Dallas Arboretum today.  I was amazed at the amount of pollen this bee was carrying around and even more amazed that it allowed me to get so close.

    Great shot. Very sharp and nice detail on the bee. How close were you to the bee. Maybee all that pollen prevent him from flying away.

    holy cow! That is one hungry bee! Excellent capture - you did get a great closeup! Poor guy probably couldn't fly away with all that weight!
