Year 2 - Days 85 through 94

I've been busy. School is really kicking-my-butt this semester, but I have been taking my pictures, just not always posting them so you get them in a bunch again...  Day 85 is the Union Soldiers on down to Day 94 which is my baby, H2.

Union Soldiers at Greenwood Cemetery

Yes, she's been here before

I've been here a few times.

Don't you love the ones that stand out in a crowd?

Looks more like fall than spring.

Big Grandma's 90th birthday party.  She really deserves her own post, but I'm in a time crunch.

The adults got one up on the kids with a little water balloon action.

My baby!  H2!

Year 2 - Day 5

Straight out of the camera.  I mean, no one should mess with fire right?  Steak will be here later....

RAVEN

If you've been here before, you know my love of cemeteries and I've been a little obsessed with Edgar Allan Poe lately.  He was always one of my favorite poets, I've been writing a little more and it inspires me so when I came upon this at Oakwood Cemetery in Austin I couldn't help but snap this.  The Raven has always been one of my favorites.

Day 156: Kiss me goodbye

Oh sweet ray of sunshine,
Kiss me goodbye.
Your day is now over,
I wish you farewell.

Day 153: Trash can

This says more than I can write here.  It wasn't what I intended to post, it wasn't even what I expected but it feels so lonely and so isolated I had to make it the photo of the day.  We all feel this way sometimes.
