I took my youngest to the eye doctor today. It is always hard when we go to the eye doctor. To say he has poor vision is an understatement. To say we have an attentive eye doctor is an understatement. She spent our appointment time and her lunch hour with us. He's got eyes so bad they don't have a fraction to describe it - its worse than newborns, but you would never know it from watching him and he doesn't see it as anything else but life - for him its always been that way. For his mother it's heartbreaking.
He is an amazing child.
