This is really yesterday's post - I didn't make it out yesterday as the weather was awful, and I probably had the worst day in a long time and was not feeling very artistic. So I took off from my house on foot with my camera bag and this was my first stop about a 1/2 mile from the house.

Very cool! I like this one a lot.
The first thing I thought of when I saw this picture was the old draw bridge over Corpus Christi Harbor. It used to look like this when it was up and I was a kid in the back seat of my parents' car waiting to cross to the other side.
